Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Package Securely

  Place the blinds in their original packaging, ensuring all mounting brackets and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of the box, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
