Part of our stunning collaboration with the V&A, Compton is a design with lots of history. Originally produced in 1896 for Compton Hall, the house of Laurence W. Hodson near Wolverhampton, it was once believed to be Morris’ last design. It is now recognised as the work of John Henry Dearle.
